    • Competition: every new booking triggers a Slack alert, alongside a live leaderboard for the day so setters can see where they stand and push harder.
    • Reporting: end-of-day and end-of-week rollups for setter KPIs, plus speed-to-lead, so volume, quality, and response discipline stay visible over time.
    • Recording summaries route themselves to the right Slack channels and spaces—no manual forwarding after calls.
